Initial CONSULTATION/ new treatment initiation (up to 2 hours) – $450
Continuation of treatment initiated in ER, hospital or rehab facility (up to1 hour) – $225
Transfer of care/ continuation of long term treatment with greater than 3 months documented continuous treatment previously – $175
Established patient Follow up visits – $125
Outpatient treatment following residential rehab at The Differents – $125

– We do not accept/ bill ANY insurance or Medicaid

– Sorry but we are unable to see any patients currently enrolled with any type of Medicare

– Payment is due at the time of scheduling.

– No shows, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the appointment fee
